Learn to identify tide pool edibles with Chef Lee Gray, the Wild Gourmet. Join Chef Gray on the beaches of Lincoln City at low tide to go foraging for your own Wild Gourmet dinner, from the rocks and tide pools. Learn about the lifestyles of clams, mussels, barnacles, chitons, limpets and sea vegetables. Learn proper harvesting and cooking techniques. Samples will be available.
Cost: $20 per adult; children $15, under 5 free with adult.

Following the Saturday classes, Chef Gray also offers a culinary class in conjunction with the day's topic. The culinary classes are held in the kitchen on the lower level of the Lincoln City Cultural Center.
