Lincoln City's own "Wild Gourmet" Lee Gray offers field trips to forage for natural food. Then he teaches how to cook the catch! Certain weekends February through October can be found at the Wild Gourmet web site.
Following Saturday session, Chef Gray offers a culinary class in the kitchen at the Lincoln City Cultural Center.
Time: 2pm for cooking in the kitchen at Lincoln City Cultural Center.
Cost: $30 to learn how to cook their catch. Registration is limited. Persons not attending the foraging class may attend as vacancies allow for $40 per person.
