In this open session, you will be shown a variation of the Eight Brocades, how to develop your inner Chi (AKA qi) plus you will
learn the proper way to breathe and make proper Tai Chi movements adapted for those who have a problem standing .
And, you will be shown a short form of Tai Chi modified for the sitting position.
