Saturday, July 26, 2-4pm at New Moon Yoga Studio, $25

The exploration of yoga via a dedicated pranayama practice (the practice of various controlled breathing techniques) combines seeing the simple structures and contours revealed in nature as elements also included in our body and senses.
The art of regulating the prana flow is found by "seeing" how we are intrinsically listening all the time and can facilitate equanimity and poise within these complex structures through practice.
This workshop will include basic instructions related to regulated breathing, a short focused session of "pranayama," followed by a brief meditation. This two-hour workshop is suitable to all levels of students..
Please refrain from eating solid food 2 hours prior to the session.
