LCCC Tree Lighting Party

LINCOLN CITY – The Lincoln City Cultural Center invites you to its annual Tree Lighting Party on Friday, Nov. 28, the day after Thanksgiving.

The festivities will kick off at 2 pm with the popular Make-n-Take Ornament Workshop in the Maker’s Place. Enjoy delightful caroling from the Sweet Adelines at 4:30 pm, followed by the Tree Lighting Countdown at 5 pm. Santa is scheduled to arrive right after our tree is illuminated (at around 5:15 pm) and will stay until every wish is heard!

Complimentary cookies and hot chocolate will be available after 4:30 pm, thanks to event sponsor To Be Announced. This is a free public event; all are welcome and encouraged to come celebrate!

This year’s community tree was generously donated, transported and installed by To Be Announced. It will be decorated by the Cultural Center’s Visual Arts Director, Krista Eddy, along with staff, volunteers and members of the community.

This event is made possible by To Be Announced who will be providing the festive holiday cookies, and Joe Speer, our key volunteer in red. Weather permitting, the tree will be illuminated every evening through the month of December, in front of the historic Delake School entrance at the Cultural Center. For more information or to volunteer, contact Operations Director Judy Hardy at 541-994-9994.
