December - Santa Claus!!!

It’s that magical time of year again when we celebrate the spirit of giving, and who better to honor than the big guy himself – Santa Claus! 

For centuries, Santa has been the ultimate volunteer, selflessly giving his time (and a bit of magic) to spread cheer and gifts to every corner of the globe. This month, we're thrilled to shine the spotlight on the one and only jolly ol' Saint Nick, who continues to make spirits bright year after year.

Santa’s dedication to his cause is unparalleled. Whether he's checking his list, feeding the reindeer, or supervising the elves' toy-making operations, he does it all with an infectious smile and an unmatched work ethic. And let’s not forget the countless hours he spends braving snowstorms, navigating rooftops, and squeezing through chimneys—all to make sure every child has a merry Christmas. This year Santa made a special early visit to Lincoln City, at the LCCC Tree-Lighting, and he’s expected back for the Fa-La-La Sing Along on Dec 21, at the Lincoln City Cultural Center.

So, let’s raise a mug of hot cocoa to Santa Claus, the LCCC December Volunteer of the Month! We could all learn a little something from his selflessness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to spreading joy.
