The Oasis Ensemble continues its four-concert season in Lincoln City with this matinee performance. They are Dawn Weiss (former principal flutist of the Oregon Symphony), Louis Lowenstein (former cellist with both the Chicago and Pittsburg Symphonies) and Andrew Cannestra (award-winning pianist and Naxos recording label artist). The program features Amy Beach: Two Pieces for Flute, Cello and Piano, op. 90; Ludwig van Beethoven: Trio in G major, WoO37; and Nikolai Kapustin: Trio for Flute, Cello, and Piano, op. 86.
